Sitenotes Update

The latest Sitenote has just been issued, with details of recently completed projects, achievements and more. Here are a few highlights…

Swanbury Penglase continues its involvement in the development of an international university precinct in Victoria Square, with the opening of the University College of London. The interior design team worked through the challenges and constraints of working within a heritage building, resulting in a bold and sophisticated interior for the prestigious London based university.

The Swanbury Penglase architecture and landscape teams joined together, in collaboration with Aecom and art consultant Groundplay, to create the recently completed Glenelg tram overpass, which recently received an Excellence Award from the Institute of Public Works Engineering Australia.

Collaboration between Swanbury Penglase and Monsoon Architects in WA, saw the development and official opening of a new student hostel in Kununurra by (now) Prime Minister Julia Gillard on the 29th of May, 2010. The hostel provides students from smaller communities in the Kimberly region the opportunity to complete their high school education at Kununurra District High.
